Terms of Service for Psychic Consulting

“Consultant” refers to the Consultant in this document (Emma Sampson trading as Emma Zia) and "Client" refers to you as the client in this document. “Activity” refers to Consulting and/or Psychic Guidance.

These terms apply to both one-off sessions and ongoing consulting arrangements.

1. Nature of Services

The Client understands that the Consultant provides psychic consulting and intuitive guidance. These services do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice and should not be used as a substitute for such services. The Client understands that this activity is advisory in nature and that the Client accepts full responsibility for any decisions made based on the consultation. By engaging in this service, you confirm that you are voluntarily seeking a consultation and assume full responsibility for your interpretations and actions.

2. Personal Responsibility and Discretion

The Client acknowledges that consulting does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions. If the Client is under the care of a mental health professional, they are encouraged to inform their provider about their participation in these sessions. The Client agrees to engage in the sessions with an open mind and to communicate honestly for the best possible experience.

By purchasing and/or participating in a psychic consultation with the Consultant, you acknowledge and agree that all services provided are for informational purposes only. No guarantees, express or implied, are made regarding the accuracy, relevance, or outcomes of any guidance, insights, or advice given.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Consultant, its affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to your participation in the consultation. This includes, but is not limited to, any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential harm resulting from reliance on the information provided.


3. Payment and Session Policies

  • Booking & Payment: All sessions must be paid for in full before the scheduled appointment. If the Client is engaging in ongoing consulting, payment terms will be agreed upon separately. The deposit of $125 USD for one-off sessions is non-refundable, but is transferable to another day and time in adherence to the cancellation and rescheduling policy below.

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If proper notice is not given, the full session fee will still apply. Up to and before 24 hours before the session, the session may be rescheduled at no additional cost, subject to the Consultant's availability.

  • Late Arrivals & No-Shows: If the Client arrives late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. If the Client does not show up within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session may be forfeited with no refund or rescheduling.

  • Consultant Cancellations: If the Consultant must cancel or reschedule a session, an alternative time will be offered at no additional cost.

4. Session Recordings

Sessions conducted via Zoom may be recorded and sent to the Client within 48 hours. However, the Consultant is not liable for any technical issues that prevent the recording from being processed, produced, or delivered.

Any session recording provided to you is for your personal use only and remains the intellectual property of the Consultant. You agree not to share, distribute, reproduce, or use the recording for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Unauthorised sharing, public posting, or redistribution (including on social media, websites, or third-party platforms) is strictly prohibited. The Consultant retains all rights to the content and may revoke access if these terms are violated. By receiving the recording, you acknowledge and agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with these terms.

5. Confidentiality

All consultations are private and confidential. However, the Consultant reserves the right to disclose information if required by law or if there is a perceived risk of harm to the Client or others.

6. Acknowledgment & Agreement

By booking a session, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. The Client acknowledges that they are responsible for their own choices and experiences during and after the consultation.

These terms are subject to updates at the discretion of the Consultant. Continued engagement in sessions constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
